However, we’re taking a little break from our usual Small Business Saturday feature to sponsor today’s Good Day Kid’s Festival over at Lowe Mill. Good Day is a free children’s festival intended to inspire and encourage the youth of Huntsville to be creative and artistic. With art booths and performances, it will be hard for participants both young and not-so-young not to have a “Good Day”. Donations will be happily accepted to assist Lowe Mill’s sponsorship of AAA’s playground project. We’ll be there from noon – 4:00 PM rain or shine, so come by and say hello!

Cathy Jaime at Creative Learning Connection is a great asset for the homeschool community. She offers a wide variety of used curriculum and books as well as classes on Shakespeare and Government/Constitution, Government Club and Mock Trial. She also offers her place of business for others to teach classes. She is a homeschool mom of 12. Her spare time is spent writing books on Shakespeare, Lewis and Clark, Government an the Constitution.
I have so many…InBloom in Five Points (Ron & Mark are great and I love their selection of gifts and home decor), New Leash on Life Thrift Store (treasures abound), Crossroads, Snickerpoodles, and Frame World…just to name a few!
